Born and raised in Alberta, Cecelia moved to Regina in 2006 with her Saskatchewan-born husband and their two children, making the city her new home. Her journey into the property management industry began in 2011, sparked by her love for numbers. She started as a Property Administration Assistant at Cornwall Centre, where her dedication and skills quickly became evident.

After three years, Cecelia transitioned to Northgate Mall to take on the role of Property Administrator. Her commitment to professional growth led her to earn her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation in 2018. This significant achievement paved the way for her promotion to "Shopping Centre Manager" at Westdale Properties, highlighting her expertise and dedication.

Cecelia is known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. She is deeply committed to everything she undertakes and always eager to learn something new. Her willingness to help others, coupled with her readiness to get her hands dirty when necessary, exemplifies her proactive and hands-on approach to work.
